Everything you need to know before booking a Key West sunset cruise.

Booking and Tickets

Are you the boat operator?

No. Key West Sunset Cruise is an independent booking service. We sell sunset sails and cruises run by licensed local operators and are not affiliated with any city, state or government body.

What time do sunset cruises leave?

Sunset departures follow the sunset, so they move through the year: from late afternoon in winter to early evening in summer. Pick a date on any tour to see its exact departure time.

How do I receive my tickets?

You get a booking confirmation by email straight away. Your card is charged once the operator confirms your tickets, and your e-ticket follows by email, usually within a few hours.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled cruise. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. Use the Manage booking page or email us with your booking reference.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Captains sail in light rain but may change the route, reschedule or cancel for storms, lightning or high winds. If the operator cancels, you can move to another date or get a full refund.

Can children come on a sunset sail?

Most cruises welcome children, many with discounted or free rates for the youngest guests. The small-group wine sail is for ages 13 and up. Check each tour's guest types before booking.

Do I need to be 21 to drink on board?

Yes. Alcohol is only served to guests aged 21 and over, and crews may ask for photo ID. Soft drinks and water are available for everyone.

What is Ticket Assurance?

An optional add-on at checkout for $5.95 per guest. It lets you claim a refund or move your booking to another date if your plans change. See our refund policy for the full terms.
